Delivery & Returns Policy
We offer two types of delivery:
Standard Delivery (2-3 days) £4
Premium Delivery (1-2 days) £6
To qualify for a Premium delivery, orders must be made before 12pm Monday – Friday otherwise they will not be posted until the following working day. Our standard rates apply to delivery services to the UK. If you would like to request a delivery to an overseas address, please call our customer services team to get a quote and place your order.

If you need to return an item, please return it in the same condition it was received with all hygiene strips and labels attached. We will be unable to process returns of items without these for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty, and you may be required to pay postage to receive the item back.
Manufacturing faults within a 4 week period entitle you to a full refund. Any product that suffers from a manufacturing fault within 6 months will result in a repair or replacement.
Returns from the UK need to be sent back within 21 days of receipt. Please make sure to keep a proof of postage in order to make a claim if your parcel gets lost. We will always make allowances for disruption to postal services that may affect your return getting back to us. If you think your return may be late for any other reason, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once we receive and process your return, you will receive confirmation via email. If you do not receive an email within 10 working days, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or call our team on 01274 360 460.
Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange process. If you would like a different item, please return the original and then place a new order.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
